General Job Description:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation of Camplify's designated experiential learning programs under the direction of the Executive Director. This position also works in conjunction with the Board of Directors to carry out Camplify's mission in Henderson County, North Carolina. Major Duties /
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the effective administration of the Pathmakers' and LEAD programs, Recruitment and supervision of defined outside resources including volunteers, VISTAs, venues, partners, etc. Ongoing support of Camplify participants and their families, including communication and coordination of designated programs. Tracking and reporting on program participant progress. Assist in the implementation of Board-approved strategic plans. Serve as the chair of the program committee. Responsible for social media communication on programs with families Minor Duties /
Responsibilities:
Work with volunteers and program partners to develop specific curricula for designated camps, school-year activities, and WNC scholarships. Manage the approved program curricula within the designated annual budget guidelines as approved by the Board. Annual coordination of camper and family communication including application process; readiness support; post-program follow-up/evaluation/progression. Monitor participant progress through evaluation administration, as well as the analysis and reporting of designated outcomes. Keeping records of program committee meeting minutes. Assist in any marketing or development activities as designated by the Executive Director or the Board. Other duties in keeping with the organization's (Camplify) mission as designated and assigned by the Board of Directors.
Pay:
$27.00 - $35.00 per hour
