South Metro Twin Cities Area Pay:
$24-$26/hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote After Training)
Duration:
3-6 Month Contract with Potential Extension or Conversion About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an Program Coordinator to support a growing business operations team. This role combines administrative support, reporting, data analysis, and program coordination responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with Excel and large datasets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative, operations, customer support, finance, or reporting experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to support business initiatives. Responsibilities Create and maintain business program documentation and proposals Review account data and assist with program eligibility analysis Support customer and account enrollment processes Calculate and track rebates, credits, and program-related transactions Monitor activity and provide updates to internal stakeholders Generate and maintain reports used to evaluate program performance Process requests, reconcile data, and maintain accurate records Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and program success Qualifications Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required Experience with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, and data validation Comfortable working with reports and large datasets Previous administrative, operations, finance, or analytical experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Why Apply?
