The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mission-critical data center delivery, preferably with liquid cooling, modular / prefabricated deployment, high-density AI/HPC infrastructure, or GPU cluster environments. This role will serve as the owner-side program lead, coordinating design, engineering, construction, MEP systems, liquid cooling vendors, general contractors, commissioning agents, equipment suppliers, utility providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to operational readiness standards. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program management for an
AIDC / AI
infrastructure data center deployment in Dallas. Manage project schedule, budget, milestones, risk register, procurement dependencies, site readiness, commissioning timeline, and handover deliverables. Coordinate with architects, engineers, general contractors, MEP contractors, commissioning agents, equipment vendors, utility providers, and owner representatives. Oversee modular data center deployment, including factory readiness, QA/QC, shipping coordination, site installation, integration, and acceptance testing. Manage liquid cooling deployment interfaces, including CDU, rack manifold, facility water loop, leak detection, coolant distribution, heat rejection, BMS/controls, and commissioning requirements. Ensure power, cooling, network, fire protection, security, monitoring, and operational systems are aligned withhigh-density AI/HPC requirements. Drive L1-L5 commissioning and integrated systems testing, including pre-energization checks, energization planning,load testing, failure testing, and operational turnover. Support utility coordination, interconnection, temporary power, phased energization, permitting, inspections, and localAHJ coordination. Identify project risks early and drive mitigation plans across construction, supply chain, utility, commissioning, safety, compliance, and operational readiness. Prepare weekly executive updates covering progress, critical path, budget exposure, open issues, decision items, and next-step actions. Ensure all contractors and vendors follow project documentation, safety, QA/QC, change order, warranty, and acceptance protocols. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data center, mission-critical infrastructure, high-density computing, AI/HPC, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale MEP project delivery. Proven experience managing data center construction, deployment, commissioning, or owner-side program management. Strong understanding of data center MEP systems, including electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, BMS/controls, fire protection, and commissioning processes. Experience coordinating general contractors, MEP subcontractors, commissioning agents, design engineers, OEMs, and facility operations teams. Ability to manage complex schedules, dependencies, vendor interfaces, change orders, risk logs, and executive reporting. Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to work on-site in Dallas as required. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with liquid-cooled data centers, including CDU, direct-to-chip cooling, rack manifolds, facility waterloops, leak detection, or immersion cooling. Experience with modular, prefabricated, containerized, or factory-built data center deployment. Experience with GPU cluster, AI factory, HPC, NVIDIA-based infrastructure, or high rack-density environments. Experience managing L1-L5 commissioning, IST, pre-energization, phased energization, and operational handover. Prior experience at or with hyperscalers, colocation providers, AI cloud providers, data center developers, owner'srepresentatives, commissioning firms, or mission-critical general contractors. Familiarity with Dallas/Texas permitting, utility interconnection, Oncor or municipal utility coordination, and local contractormarkets. PMP, PE, LEED, CxA, RCDD, or similar certification is a plus. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is not just a construction project manager. We are looking for someone who understands how facility readiness, liquid cooling, MEP delivery, commissioning, GPU rack deployment, and operational handover fit together in a high-density AI data center environment. Strong candidates may come from hyper scale cloud providers, data center operators, AI cloud / GPU infrastructure companies, liquid cooling vendors, commissioning firms, owner's representative firms, or mission-critical general contractors. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience, engagement structure, project scope, and required on-sitecommitment.
