A Program Manager manages ongoing program activity or a group of related projects for a company or organization. Responsibilities include developing program plans, defining project objectives, allocating resources, managing budgets, and monitoring program progress. They may work in production, administration, advertising/marketing, human resources, technology, finance, and other technical areas such as engineering.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations to support a major entertainment company. This role will help improve and streamline recruiting processes, workflows, systems, and programs across Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of program management, recruiting operations, process improvement, and recruiting technology experience . This person will work closely with Recruiting leadership, Product and Engineering, Talent Programs, Data & Analytics, Finance, Legal, Security, and other cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on program management role for someone who can take a complex recruiting problem, understand the business need, build a plan, coordinate stakeholders, and drive the work through implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams on recruiting operations, process improvement, and technology initiatives. Design, manage, and optimize end-to-end recruiting workflows with a focus on efficiency, scalability, automation, and consistency. Identify gaps and opportunities within recruiting processes and technology and develop practical solutions. Lead cross-functional projects involving Talent Acquisition, Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Finance, Legal, Security, and business leadership. Gather business requirements and translate recruiting needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical and business partners. Help prioritize work, manage project milestones, identify dependencies, and address risks and blockers. Support recruiting technology implementations, including planning, testing, troubleshooting, rollout, and adoption. Use recruiting and operational data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and develop recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and self-service resources. Manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal day-to-day oversight.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a closely related field. Strong program or project management experience, particularly with cross-functional initiatives. Experience designing, improving, or implementing recruiting workflows and processes. Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, HR Technology, or similar technical teams. Experience gathering business requirements and translating business needs into actionable solutions. Experience supporting technology or process implementations and managing multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work independently. Experience with Workday HCM and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required . Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana . Strong understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and the overall recruiting lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Eightfold . Experience working in Agile environments or with Product and Engineering teams. Experience with process improvement, automation, or workflow optimization initiatives. Experience supporting global Talent Acquisition organizations. Experience working with recruiting data, reporting, operational metrics, or KPIs.
Pay:
$70.00 - $80.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
