  • Job Summary
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized contractor to support our Regulatory Legal & Compliance team.
In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our team running smoothly by owning the end-to-end process for documentation review and organization, and by managing the administration of tasks and workflows across our compliance tools and platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build foundational experience in a fast-paced legal and regulatory environment.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive the policy and procedure documentation review process, ensuring materials are accurate, up to date, and properly organized in accordance with team standards.
Maintain a structured and accessible document management system for regulatory and compliance records. Administer and track tasks, action items, and workflows across compliance tools and platforms (e.g., Wrike, Retool). Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of documentation and task milestones Identify gaps or inconsistencies in documentation or processes and escalate as appropriate. Support the team with general administrative needs related to compliance operations.
  • Required Skills
  • 0—3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, legal, or compliance-related role.
Familiarity with or exposure to legal/compliance tools and/or project management platforms (e.g., Wrike, Retool, Audit Board). Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in or supporting a legal, regulatory, or compliance team
  • Familiarity with document management best practices
  • Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Austin, TX 78727 (Remote)/ would be okay with Hybrid if in Austin.

Work Schedule:
Monday
  • Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM + Weekly paycheck.

  • Pay Details:
  • $29.
