As a Senior Account Manager, you'll partner closely with clients and internal teams across Product, Service, Operations, Sales, and Relationship Management to deliver exceptional service, drive platform adoption, and support long-term client success. The team serves as a trusted extension of our clients' businesses, providing strategic guidance, resolving complex challenges, and ensuring client needs are effectively represented across the organization. How You ' ll Contribute Account Management plays a key role in driving sales and adoption within Broker-Dealer (BD), Hybrid, and Home Office (HO) relationships. Focuses on protecting existing business and identifying new opportunities within assigned accounts, helps expand Envestnet's footprint through proactive outreach, competitive monitoring, and effective execution of sales plays. Establishes and maintains strong and cooperative relationships with clients, fostering a cooperative environment and providing exceptional support for the resolution of problems and/or errors. Executes targeted sales campaigns and account activation plays in coordination with Senior Account Managers and Marketing. Identifies sales and expansion opportunities, facilitating introduction / hand off to the appropriate Sales team. Conducts proactive outreach to assigned firms to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Uses data and reporting tools to identify underpenetrated firms and prioritize sales follow-ups. Collaborates with Senior Account Managers to transition smaller accounts or qualify leads for strategic escalation. Provides optimal support to institutional business, including tracking and resolving customer issues / concerns via phone and electronic inquiries. Maintains accurate opportunity pipelines and account insights in Salesforce. Monitors competitive activity and positions Envestnet's capabilities to reinforce client loyalty and platform stickiness. Acts as liaison between client and all groups within Envestnet, responding to questions regarding ongoing projects, initiatives, and key follow-ups. Assists financial institutions with establishment and maintenance of entitlements or configurations on the Envestnet Platform related to Portfolio Management, Portfolio Construction, Platform Operations, or Reporting and Portals. Works with onboarding teams to ensure best practices are adopted as part of implementation. Maintains a deep understanding of firm-specific platform configurations, product relationships, and adoption opportunities to support strategic growth conversations. Leads discovery with clients to translate platform needs into clear business and technical objectives, engaging deeper technical resources when appropriate. Owns release coordination, training, and client communication in partnership with Technical Consulting. Coordinates QBR agendas, captures notes, and follows up on action items with clients and internal stakeholders. Owns SOW intake and coordination for non-legal documentation, ensuring appropriate internal alignment and follow-through. Provides platform demos and coordinates internal and external training to support adoption and enablement. What You ' ll Need to Bring Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences. Experience in a previous relationship management role Experience in a technology or financial services field Familiarity working for or with financial technology or financial services companies Excellent listener with an aptitude for problem solving and deductive reasoning skills Ability to level up to the bigger picture; leading discussions driving to strategy and solutions as well as overall business goals, with ability to dig into the details, when appropriate Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships Proven track record of managing client expectations Effectively network within accounts from the C-Level down to achieve successful execution of the client's goals, where appropriate Strong persuasion skills and leadership presence Ability to create total confidence and trust with clients You can articulate the value proposition that financial services technology products offer clients You are a self-starter and demonstrate perseverance, dedication, and commitment Team player mentality Nice-to-Haves MBA degree Knowledge of Envestnet's technology, products, and solutions from previously working with Envestnet whether through an Envestnet client or through one of our partnerships Why You'll Enjoy Working at Envestnet Help shape the future of WealthTech. Sponsorship This position is not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship Our Investment in You This role offers a base salary range of $78,200 to $97,700. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
