By joining Itron, you can help ensure these critical resources are delivered reliably, securely, and sustainably to communities around the world. As a technology leader in the Utilities & Energy sector, Itron is committed to customer-centric innovation, strong governance, and accountable execution. Are you up for the challenge? Itron has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager, Program Management - SOX PMO to lead and mature the company's SOX 404 (ICFR) compliance program. Establish and lead SOX governance routines, including program kickoffs, weekly status meetings, readiness reviews, and steering committee updates; maintain clear program reporting through dashboards, metrics, and action registers. Provide people leadership to SOX PMO staff, including work planning, prioritization, coaching, professional development, performance feedback, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture. Advise stakeholders on SOX and ICFR implications related to process changes, policy updates, system implementations, organizational changes, and digital transformation initiatives; ensure impacts are assessed, documented, and incorporated into scope and testing. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the SOX program, including SOX tooling optimization, evidence quality enhancements, automation opportunities, and harmonization of controls and processes across business units. Develop and manage program plans for cross-functional initiatives impacting ICFR (e.g., ERP upgrades, acquisitions, system implementations), ensuring controls are appropriately designed, implemented, and sustained in an agile and innovative technology environment.
