Full Job Description Position Purpose :
The Senior Program Coordinator will support the implementation of grant-funded activities designed to increase participant engagement, strengthen educational opportunities, support healthy aging, and improve community connection among older adults.
Position Status:
New grant-funded position (Part-Time)
Reports To:
Community Services Supervisor Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate participant engagement and supportive activities for older adults. Support educational and enrichment opportunities. Assist with participant intake, attendance, and documentation. Support outreach and participant communication. Coordinate activity schedules and participant follow-up. Maintain participation records and support reporting requirements. Support implementation of project goals and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in human services, education, social services, community programming, or related field preferred. Minimum one year of experience supporting community programs, participant engagement, or educational activities preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain participant records and documentation. Experience working with culturally diverse populations is preferred.
