Job Description

Position Summary Serve as FalconTek's on-site Program Manager supporting
USARCENT
Headquarters. The PM is the primary day-to-day contractor interface for contract execution and supports oversight of suitability, fitness, credentialing, staffing, performance, reporting, quality, and coordination with Government stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate contract operations and the allocation of personnel and resources.
  • Serve as the on-site point of accountability and coordinate with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government staff leads.
  • Monitor staffing, performance, quality, schedule, reporting, and transition activities across all supported staff sections.
  • Support management and oversight of suitability, fitness, and credentialing activities and related background-investigation processes.
  • Analyze program requirements, policies, projects, and resources and recommend courses of action to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and participating agencies.
  • Prepare and consolidate reports, briefings, status updates, and management-review materials.
  • Identify issues, risks, and resource constraints and direct corrective actions.
  • Ensure personnel comply with security, suitability, fitness, credentialing, and contract requirements. Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated senior-level program-management experience in a DoD, Army, federal, or comparable mission-support environment.
  • Knowledge of personnel security, suitability, fitness, credentialing, or related background-investigation processes.
  • Experience coordinating across senior military/civilian stakeholders and multiple functional organizations.
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, briefing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site every duty day at Shaw AFB.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to maintain the required security clearance. Preferred Qualifications
  • Army headquarters, ASCC, COCOM, personnel-security, or suitability-program management experience. Additional Requirements
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform contract requirements and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct appropriate to a U.S. Army headquarters environment.
  • Must comply with applicable security, information-assurance, training, access, and contractor-identification requirements.
About the Opportunity This is a full-time FalconTek position supporting an awarded U.S. Army Central staff-augmentation contract at Shaw AFB. The employee will work as a contractor member of the FalconTek team while supporting the assigned
USARCENT

Pay:
$93,000.00 - $98,000.00 per year
