Full-Time Position Summary Branch House Family Justice Center is seeking a passionate and collaborative SART Coordinator to lead and strengthen our multidisciplinary response to sexual assault in Sullivan County. This role is responsible for coordinating the Sexual Assault Response Team (SAR T), supporting our SANE program, assisting with community training and outreach, and serving as the on-call coordinator for sexual assault response. The SART Coordinator plays a critical role in bringing together medical, advocacy, law enforcement, and prosecution partners to ensure survivors receive timely, trauma- informed, and coordinated care. Key Responsibilities SART Coordination Plan, schedule, and facilitate regular SART meetings Coordinate participation from multidisciplinaly partners Lead case reviews in a trauma-informed, survivor-centered manner Identify system gaps and opportunities for improvement On-Call Coordination (Critical Function) Serve as the on-call coordinator for sexual assault response Coordinate sexual assault exams between: o Survivors o Advocates o Law enforcement o Healthcare providers o SANE nurses Ensure timely communication and response to meet survivor needs Maintain professionalism and trauma-informed communication during crisis response

On-Call Expectations:

Provide 1 5 days of on-call coverage per month Must be available for 24-hour coverage during assigned on-call days

SANE Clinical Responsibilities :

Perform sexual assault forensic exams (SANE exams) Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to survivors during exams Complete all required documentation and evidence collection procedures Complete required ongoing SANE training and continuing education SANE Program Support Assist with coordination and oversight Of the SANE program Support communication between SANEs, advocates, and medical panners Provide clinical insight to support best practices in care Community Training & Outreach Assist with community education and training efforts related to sexual assault and victim services Support outreach initiatives to increase awareness Of Branch House services Collaborate with partners to deliver trainings to law enforcement, healthcare providers, and community groups Multidisciplinary Collaboration Maintain strong working relationships with: o Advocates o Law enforcement o District Attorney's Office o Medical providers o Advocacy partners Promote collaboration and communication across agencies Program Development & Quality Improvement Track trends and system gaps Support development of protocols and best practices Assist with training initiatives Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of meetings and activities Assist with grant-related reporting as needed Ensure compliance with program and funding requirements

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
