Transform Amazon's global logistics landscape by optimizing fleet operations and driving strategic network capacity solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll leverage your analytical expertise to revolutionize how we manage, repair, and deploy our extensive delivery network, directly impacting our ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key job responsibilities Lead strategic initiatives to optimize network capacity across diverse business units Analyze and synthesize complex data to identify operational improvement opportunities Develop innovative program management mechanisms to drive decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve shared network capacity goals Monitor and optimize key metrics to ensure smooth supply chain operations A day in the life Your day will be a dynamic blend of strategic problem-solving and collaborative innovation. You'll dive into fleet health dashboards, coordinate complex vehicle repair operations, and engage with cross-functional teams to ensure our delivery network operates at peak performance. From analyzing repair trends to negotiating vendor partnerships, you'll be the critical link ensuring our fleet remains reliable, safe, and efficient. 5+ years of program or project management experience 5+ years of supply chain experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
