Resume Cover letter References (minimum of three) Purpose of Position Coordinates and administers assigned programs, projects, and operational activities in support of Extension and Extended Campus initiatives. Serves as a primary point of contact for program participants, clients, instructors, vendors, and other stakeholders. Coordinates logistics, communications, records management, reporting, and resource utilization to ensure successful program delivery and compliance with university, departmental, and regulatory requirements. Supports ongoing program improvement through data collection, analysis, and customer service. Essential Functions Coordinates day-to-day operations for assigned programs, projects, courses, events, or initiatives. Assists with planning, scheduling, implementation, and monitoring of activities to ensure programs meet established goals, objectives, and timelines. Serves as a primary point of contact for participants, clients, instructors, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. Responds to inquiries, provides information and support, and facilitates communication to ensure effective service delivery and positive stakeholder relationships. Maintains program records, files, databases, reports, and supporting documentation. Monitors data accuracy and completeness and assists in ensuring compliance with university policies, program requirements, and applicable regulations. Coordinates program resources, materials, equipment, inventory, facilities, registrations, and other operational needs. Assists with budget tracking, purchasing, and resource allocation to support program objectives. Collects, compiles, and analyzes program data and feedback. Assists with the preparation of reports and recommends process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and program effectiveness. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Two (2) years of program coordination, project coordination, administrative support, operations, customer service, event management, education, training, or related experience. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating programs, projects, events, training, outreach, or educational initiatives. Experience working with budgets, reporting, databases, or customer relationship systems. Experience in higher education, continuing education, workforce development, or related industries. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of administrative and program support practices, procedures, and customer service principles. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn program-specific systems. Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities, maintain accurate records, provide responsive customer service, and exercise sound judgment in resolving routine issues while working effectively independently and collaboratively. Work Schedule Monday through Friday; 8:00am through 5:00pm. Hybrid eligible. Must work in office three (3) days a week. Working Conditions May work around standard office conditions.
