This includes processing event approvals, managing results, maintaining records, and assisting members, clubs, and judges. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Event Administration Review and process event approvals (sanction requests) Verify memberships, deadlines, and judge eligibility Enter event details into internal systems and assign event numbers Prepare and send event materials and paperwork Ensure events meet program rules and timelines Results Processing & Record Management Receive and review event results for accuracy Enter official results into internal database systems Maintain records for titles, rankings, and event outcomes Customer Service & Communication Respond to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner Direct inquiries to appropriate departments when needed Assist clubs, judges, and members with questions and procedures Administrative Support Process judge applications and maintain records Print and distribute certificates and awards Assist with finals event preparation Compliance & Quality Control Review event paperwork for completeness and accuracy Ensure compliance with program rules and deadlines Maintain organized and audit-ready records Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Qualifications Required Strong organizational and multitasking skills High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) Ability to learn new software systems Customer service experience Preferred Experience with event coordination or administrative work Experience working with rules, compliance, or structured programs Familiarity with office equipment (copiers, scanners, multi-line phones) Key Traits for Success Detail-oriented and organized Strong problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple tasks at once Reliable and self-motivated Clear and professional communicator Work Environment Office-based (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM) Regular computer use and data entry Work driven by event schedules and deadlines Why This Role Matters This position supports a worldwide membership and plays an important role in keeping dog sport events organized, accurate, and running smoothly.
