Available Help for . Assist in planning and implementing the total instructional program.

Cooperate with administration in identifying and solving problems.

Demonstrate effective program strategies and techniques.

Serve as an additional resource person as needed.

Assess children in interpreting assessment instruments and utilizing results.

Assist with the planning and implementation of staff development programs to fulfill perceived needs.

Interact effectively with children to promote a positive self-image.

Be under immediate supervision and directly responsible to the Program Director or designee.

Performs both duties and functions in the best interest of th agency.

Must assist with counts and serving meals.

Requirements

Or experience of 2 years working with children ages 17 months to 4 years in a quality development program.

Age 18 due to insurance

High school diploma or GED required.

Preferable degree in Early Childhood Development or related field

Must have the ability to design training material and work with children of all ages.

Must obtain and maintain at least 26 hours of continuing education annually and must be willing to obtain degree or certification within two years of employment.

Must maintain physical, TB test, current CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler's permits, at your own expense.

Must maintain appropriate documentation on individual and group behavior.

Lesson plans must be submitted monthly.

A valid driver's license is preferred to drive as needed for center activities.

Must clear a State Criminal Background Check and provide a negative

COVID-19

screening, at your own expense.
