Job Summary:
Under supervision from the Athletics Supervisor, this position is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and delivering athletic and recreational programs for individuals of all ages and abilities. The role includes managing assigned facilities, ensuring safe and high-quality experiences, and supporting year-round programming. The position serves the residents of Greenville and neighboring communities and reports directly to the Athletics Supervisor.Minimum Qualifications:
1.Education:
High school diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Recreation or a related field preferred. 2.Experience:
One (1) year of experience in recreation, youth programs, customer service, or a related field. 3.Licenses/Certifications:
CPR/First Aid certification (or the ability to obtain within six months of hire).Essential Job Functions:
