Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling Fannie Mae mortgage-related products and services. In this role, you will execute targeted outbound call campaigns to existing Fannie Mae clients to promote, position, and drive adoption of our mortgage-related products, technology solutions, and services.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Client Engagement Associate - Mortgage Outbound Sales role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities: Execute targeted outbound call campaigns to promote and drive adoption of Fannie Mae's mortgage-related products and services. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing clients, including lenders, servicers, and housing partners. Proactively engage lender prospects to communicate product value and create opportunities for internal follow-up and execution. Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes within CRM systems. Meet or exceed monthly performance targets, including call volume, conversion rate, and engagement KPIs.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experience:
2+ years of experience in client engagement, sales, business development, or related roles supporting mortgage Demonstrated success in consultative selling, lead generation, prospecting, and driving product or service adoption. Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly learn complex products and effectively articulate customer value. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office tools. Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to improve business outcomes.
Desired Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Mortgage industry experience supporting lenders, servicers, mortgage technology solutions, or secondary market activities. Knowledge of the mortgage ecosystem and housing finance industry.
