We are currently seeking a Mid-Level Administrative Manager located in the Washington, D.C. area. What you'll do: The Mid-Level Administrative Manager will provide administrative and executive support to D PAE Maritime M & S, the U.S. Navy's program office for Surface Ship Modernization and Sustainment.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support services which allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as payroll, information and data processing, telecommunications management, and security, among other things. Implementing procedures to improve productivity and customer service. Coordinating the work, meetings, and people within the physical workplace. Plan internal and external engagements, including meetings, conferences, and events. Assist in the development of briefing material and drafting documents in accordance with Navy Correspondence Manual guidelines. Coordinate, monitor, and execute data calls to gather inputs from both internal and external stakeholders. Consolidate and communicate information from data calls to government leadership for further action. Evaluate operational deficiencies, recommend improvements, and coordinate their implementation Transcribe and summarize meeting minutes and notes and assist in the preparation and closure of action items Assist in the scheduling of appointments in support of Government customer, the coordination of arrangements for meetings and conferences, and the arrangement of travel reservations and accommodations Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain andmaintainprofessional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. At least 5 years of experience providing administrative and executive support to U.S. Navy program offices Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Eligibility to obtain aDOD SECRET
