Manage program budgets, oversee fundraising efforts, and ensure resource allocation supports project objectives. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, local government agencies, and other stakeholders. Collect data on program outcomes through surveys, social media analytics, and community feedback to evaluate impact and inform future planning. Oversee marketing efforts utilizing social media management tools and outreach campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement across diverse populations. Ensure compliance with safety protocols such as CPR certification requirements while promoting health education initiatives like addiction counseling and public health awareness. Facilitate team meetings, prepare reports for leadership, and communicate effectively with clients, partners, and community members to foster transparency and collaboration. Requirements Proven experience in volunteer management, grassroots organizing, or community outreach programs. Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively in dynamic environments. Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Demonstrated expertise in program development, project management, marketing strategies. Knowledge of social media management platforms and technical proficiency in organizational tools such as MS Office Suite or project management software. Background in social work, public health, addiction counseling or related fields; bilingual skills are highly desirable. Experience working with culturally diverse communities and underserved populations is essential. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
