OF FEDERAL PROGRAMS - 250 DAY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS
This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
JOB SUMMARY
The Sustainability of Federal Programs Administrative Coordinator provides leadership support to schools and the Sustainability Supervisor of Federal Programs toward planning, developing, coordinating, evaluating, and researching State and Federal programs, projects, and grants. In collaboration with the Supervisor, the Administrative Coordinator will ensure the integrity of services and activities pertaining to the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) within the Division. This position fosters collaboration between the Division leaders and Student Opportunity and Multilingual Services staff to support the effectiveness of school programs for students' English learners, Economically Disadvantage students, Preschool Students, and Gifted Learners.

Grade 14
Salary Range:
$100,853 - $163,483 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
