Job Description
Industrial Sales Program Manager The Industrial Sales Program Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Industrial Sales Director in management and execution of large bids, quotations, contracts, and SiteTight® programs. This role drives the development, coordination, and successful implementation of key industrial sales initiatives that support business growth and strengthen customer relationships. The position is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities to deliver complex customer programs, working closely with departments such as Customer Service, Operations, Inventory/Procurement, and Quality to ensure seamless project execution. The Industrial Sales Program Manager also supports the preparation of technical and commercial documentation, coordinates internal training for awarded bids and contracts, and develops internal tools and processes that enhance the success of industrial sales programs. This role serves as a key resource for Sales Specialists, Product & Application Engineers, and Business Unit leadership. Essential Functions Act as a strategic partner to the Industrial Sales Director in managing large bids, quotes, contracts, and SiteTight® programs Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure the successful execution of customer programs, collaborating with Customer Service, Operations, Inventory/Procurement, and Quality Develop and coordinate internal training for bids and contracts that are won to ensure organizational readiness and execution excellence Support the preparation of technical and commercial documentation for bids, proposals, and contracts. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of VSP Technologies, SiteTight® programs, and internal systems including MAS500 Analyze, compile, and report data related to projects, product performance, and sales initiatives to support decision-making Identify and communicate cost-saving opportunities and process improvements that enhance program success. Provide support to Sales Specialists, Product & Application Engineers, and Business Unit Directors in program execution Assist the Engineering team with complex quotation spreadsheets, including data entry, costing, part number assignment, MAS500 linking, and other related tasks Develop, maintain, and enhance internal tools and customer-specific programs to improve efficiency and program outcomes Maintain strong working relationships across the organization to foster a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment Represent VSP Technologies professionally to customers and external stakeholders, enhancing the company's reputation and promoting its products and services Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and actively contribute to a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace Experience / Education High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (excluding VBA), including LOOKUP functions, PivotTables, charts, conditional formatting, sorting/filtering, and trend analysis. Experience managing bids, contracts, or complex sales programs. Experience in industrial sales or related technical field preferred. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Job Type:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional overnight travel when attending manufacturer training courses and supporting customers.Benefits:
