Summary:

The Program Manager is an integral part of the program team. The Program Manager is responsible for all of the daily programming of client life. Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

Management of Guides:

Participate in the recruitment and hiring of Guides including screening, interviewing, and onboarding Support and manage Guides when they are on shift Conduct reviews with Guides Provide additional training and professional development opportunities to Guides by constructing and facilitating a training schedule to support their growth and understanding of the program structure and their advancement through the Guide level system Manage the Guide schedule, fill in where necessary and schedule dictates Program scheduling and facilitation: Coordinate, plan, and post the weekly schedule for the program, including collaboration with the other Program Manager, clinicians, and other staff Coordinate, plan, and execute weekly program activities based on expertise and training.

Examples include:

fitness routines, mindfulness activities, healthy eating habits, sustainable sleep hygiene, daily living routines/organization, outdoor and other recreational activities, etc.

Support client life:

Provide case management services for specific clients, including: Supporting medical needs Ensuring medical logs and medication administration logs are accurate and up-to-date Checking in on physical needs, such as upkeep of clothing, toiletries, and other gear and communicating with parents and/or operations/other program staff if there are needs Track overall client wellbeing and collaborate with their therapist, program nurse, and other Program Manager to make sure that all client needs are accounted for and met Oversee client curriculum completion Ensure that students are engaging with their goals, intended daily routines, community responsibilities, and daily programming Support client and community tasks as directed by the client therapist(s) Support client and community tasks as directed by and in collaboration with the nurse Support the client graduation/transition process Provide on-call and emergency response support to the program

Certifications:

Wilderness First Aid (WFA) and CPR (True North provides) Non-violent Crisis Intervention (CPI) (True North provides)

Education and Other Requirements:

Must possess a clean, valid drivers license Must be 21 years of age or older A minimum of a bachelor's degree Have experience in a supervisory role Possess the necessary recreational skills and capabilities needed to facilitate client activities and daily living routines

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
