Women's Program Coordinator Job Description Job Title:
Support Services Women's Program Coordinator Reports to: Support Services Manager General Summary The Women's Program Coordinator assists the Support Services Manager with administrative and operational work, carries a parent mentoring caseload, and helps develop women's parent education programming. The role includes mentoring clients participating in women's parent education and supporting Spanish-speaking clients when language skills allow. Spanish/English bilingual ability is preferred but not required. The coordinator will also assist with growing and maintaining community partnerships. All duties and responsibilities are performed in support of Vida's mission, vision and statement of faith. Essential responsibilities This role supports Vida clients through parent mentoring, intake coordination, community-resource navigation, program support, and bilingual access when available. The position combines direct client care with administrative follow-through and community collaboration to strengthen services for women and families. Parent mentoring and client support Represent Vida in the community, including the Spanish-speaking community when bilingual ability is available. Mentor clients through Vida's women's parent education program while maintaining compassionate, consistent, and healthy boundaries. When bilingual ability is available, mentor Spanish-speaking clients, patients, and residents; provide translation support when appropriate and within the role's scope. Intake, scheduling, and office coordination Schedule, screen, and conduct client intake appointments. Answer client and staff questions related to scheduling and appointment coordination. Assist with planning, coordinating, and supporting client group programming activities and events. Complete projects and tasks as assigned by the Support Services Women's Program Manager. Respond to Vida Support Services program inquiries. Community resources Help maintain and update the Community Resources Binder so information remains accurate, current, and accessible. Program development, mentor support, and community partnerships Contribute to strategic goals related to program development and bilingual access when available. Partner with community organizations to help meet unmet needs of clients. Help further develop parent education programming under the manager's direction. Provide mentor support and day-to-day guidance as assigned (caseload questions, session quality, and consistent use of Vida mentoring practices). Schedule Availability to occasionally attend client fellowship, engagement, and organizational fundraising events outside the regular work schedule.

Minimum Requirement:
An Associate Degree or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent practical experience in a professional office or community-facing setting. 2.
Preferred Education:
A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Family Studies, or Family & Consumer Education. 3.
Language Skills:
Native or professional Spanish/English bilingual fluency is strongly preferred to support the program's specific bilingual access goals, though it is not strictly required. 4. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required 1. Experience Direct Client Care & Mentoring (1-2 Years): Experience working directly with individuals or families in a helping capacity. This includes parent education, case coordination, mentoring, social work, or crisis intervention. 2. Administrative & Systems Work (1-2 Years): Proven experience in an office administration, scheduling, or coordination role. Candidates must have functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint) and a track record of handling data or schedules accurately. 3.

Demonstration of managing emotionally heavy or difficult client situations (such as crisis or parenting stressors) while successfully maintaining strict professional and emotional boundaries. 4. Comfort researching community resources and keeping resource information accurate, current, and accessible.
