Job Description

Provide supervision, support, training and evaluation to program staff. Sustain program focus. Represent agency as appropriate. Development, implementation, monitoring and management of programs. Manage agency data management system. Coordinate outreach and awareness activities that enhance agency mission. Collaborate with and assist other groups and coalitions. Identify resources, agencies, technology, publications, etc. that enhance agency mission. Prepare reports, presentations materials, etc. as required. Other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Experience and education in program management and direct services to people with disabilities. Commitment to Independent Living Philosophy. Strong communication, problem solving, time management, organizational, leadership skills. Knowledge of laws, regulations, practices, tactics and strategies relating to non-profits and programs for people with disabilities.
Working Conditions:
Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Education Requirement(s): High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Authorization:
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
