Order Management:

Execute MRP-generated purchase orders and manage delivery schedules to ensure continuous material availability.

Supplier Coordination:

Track open purchase orders, follow up on supplier commitments, and resolve delivery or supply timeline issues proactively.

Internal Communication:

Serve as the central point of contact between suppliers and internal teams regarding inventory status, material availability, and supply updates.

Data & Inventory Integrity:

Maintain accurate purchasing records, system data, and support ongoing inventory replenishment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; JD Edwards (JDE) experience is a plus.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset and collaborative approach.

Attributes:

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.

Proactive Communicator:
