The Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area is seeking a Lead Staff who floats between our Morning Program Sites as needed, providing leadership, staff support, and program coverage during morning program hours. No nights. No weekends. Just meaningful work Monday 6:45 AM - 9:30 AM and Tuesday-Friday, generally 6:45 AM - 8:30 AM . If you love working with kids, bringing energy and creativity, and making a difference every day, this is the role for you. As part of our Jumpstart Morning Program, you'll: Engage with Club members through fun activities, games, and learning opportunities Facilitate daily program plans that support youth development Be a positive role model and mentor to kids in grades K-5 Support safe and positive Club environments through behavior management and program supervision Work alongside a passionate team of youth professionals, volunteers, and directors Provide leadership and support across multiple program sites, stepping in where needed to ensure high-quality programming Serve as a flexible, dependable resource for staff and members by filling coverage needs and helping maintain smooth daily operations We're looking for team players who are dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to inspire the next generation!
