Job Description
Morning YDP (Youth Development Professional): 10-12 hours per week Change lives and have fun! Join a supportive team making a lasting difference in the lives of children and teens. The Boys & Girls Club of the Wisconsin Rapids Area is seeking Youth Development Professionals for our Morning Program Sites at WRPS elementary schools. No nights. No weekends. Just meaningful work Monday-Friday, generally 6:45 AM - 8:30 AM (9:30 Mondays only) . If you love working with kids, bringing energy and creativity, and making a difference every day, this is the role for you. As a Jumpstart Morning Program staff, you'll: Engage with Club members through fun activities, games, and learning opportunities Facilitate daily program plans that support youth development Be a positive role model and mentor to kids in grades K-5 Support safe and positive Club environments through behavior management and program supervision Work alongside a passionate team of youth professionals, volunteers, and directors We're looking for team players who are dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to inspire the next generation!
