Job Description
Northwest College is seeking a Counselor - Student Success Program Coordinator to provide counseling, advising, advocacy, and other support services to individual students and groups. This position coordinates the day-to-day operations of an assigned student success program, implements program goals and initiatives, and evaluates program outcomes. The successful candidate will help students overcome barriers, connect with resources, and stay on track toward their educational goals.
