In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure all construction activities adhere to safety standards, regulations, and client specifications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive construction management experience, exceptional leadership skills, and proficiency with standard project management software. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive projects forward with energy, precision, and strategic insight while working closely with our management team. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reporting. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, and blueprints. Coordinate procurement processes including contracts, subcontractor agreements, and material sourcing in compliance with construction regulations Supervise on-site construction activities; ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance while managing construction site teams Utilize construction management software like ProCore, Prolog, or similar platforms for project documentation, progress tracking, and communication Monitor project progress through regular site visits; address issues proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns Facilitate effective communication among clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to maintain alignment on project goals Ensure all work complies with local building codes, environmental standards, and industry best practices Relevant certifications are a plus Typical year round work schedule is 4-10 hour days Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Weekly pay via direct deposits on Fridays MSB has a back log of great projects moving into the 2027 season and we are looking for the right people to join our team.
