Key Responsibilities Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control Lead subcontractor coordination and client communication Work closely with Superintendents to drive field execution Run OAC meetings and maintain project reporting standards Candidate Requirements 5+ years of commercial, industrial, healthcare or multifamily construction experience with a GC Experience managing projects valued at $10M+ Strong scheduling, forecasting, and cost control knowledge Full lifecycle project management experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
