We are looking for a self-motivated entry level controls specialist with at least one year of experience with the Allen Bradley ME graphic design software and hardware family, and/or InTouch's WonderWare graphic package. Our goal is to lead, solve, design and deliver custom control system solutions to our customers. With 25 + years of successful operation, SIS is a family-owned business with a proven track record of industry expertise, reliability, and long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop control system graphic solutions based on engineering principles, company guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Develop control system functional specifications, cause and effect documents, operational manuals and commissioning procedures.
  • Design and develop graphic display applications to resolve complex controls issues while maintaining a safe environment.
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Manage project time and cost based on project budget and schedule.
  • Be responsible for the success of assigned projects as the project leader or as part of a project team.
  • Perform field commissioning to ensure the project is a success and our control strategy functions to the customer specifications.
  • Support sales team in pre-sales technical concept and budgeting activities.
Requirements:
  • At least 1+ years of experience programing in the Allen Bradley ME or Studio View graphic design application, and/or InTouch's WonderWare graphics package.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful and highly motivated.
  • Capable of multitasking.
  • Travel as required to support projects, which could be as much as 33% of time.
  • Applicants must be a citizen of the United States and have a valid driver license.
