About Our Client Michael Page is hiring for a Project Manager in the construction industry, based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Job Description Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues proactively. Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and project plans. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and leadership. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to project sites. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project team members. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery. The Successful Applicant A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have: Experience with managing multifamily construction projects from conception to completion. Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively. A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
