This role offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of large-scale construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for construction management, exceptional organizational/communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Duties Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination using advanced project management software in Microsoft Office tools. Ability to proficiently utilize Procore. Manage project budgets, costs, pay applications, and resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency and project profitability. Oversee construction schedule coordination, ensuring timely completion of phases in accordance with project plans and schematics. Supervise teams on-site and in-office, managing subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Review construction plans, blueprints, and contracts; ensure adherence to all construction regulations and regulatory compliance standards. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders through regular updates, meetings, and documentation of project progress. Monitor construction site activities for safety compliance, quality assurance, and progress tracking; address issues promptly to minimize delays. Requirements Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects from initiation through completion. Strong knowledge of construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and other project management tools. Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of construction scheduling, cost management, and regulatory standards. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts accurately. Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a construction management role; excellent time management skills. Strong background in PEMB and HVAC work. Ability to make nationwide jobsite visits a minimum of 5-8days/month. Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards to ensure compliance across all phases of work. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams while maintaining attention to detail.
