Job Description
The client is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to support a growing retail design program. This role is ideal for a senior architectural designer or project coordinator looking to take on greater leadership responsibilities while remaining involved in design oversight and project execution.
Must-Have Requirements Architecture background (Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience) Strong Revit experience with the ability to review and QA/QC design documents Big-box retail experience required Knowledge of ICC Building Codes and Accessibility/ADA Codes Preferred Qualifications Project management or team leadership experience Experience mentoring or training staff Licensed Architect or related professional credential Experience with AutoCAD, Lucernex, Deltek Vantagepoint, Costworks, or Masterworks What They're Looking For Someone who can work within established processes and collaborate effectively A candidate interested in growing into broader leadership responsibilities Strong retail design expertise combined with project coordination and client-facing experience
