Onsite - onsite Overview The Project Controls Lead is responsible for overseeing planning, cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk management activities for mining projects. Responsibilities- Lead all project controls functions including cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain project controls systems and procedures.
- Monitor project performance against approved budgets and schedules.
- Perform forecasting, variance analysis, and trend reporting.
- Support project governance and decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of project controls experience in mining, EPCM, or major capital projects.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project controls software and reporting systems.
