Project Manager - Luxury Residential Construction Yonker Custom Homes Paradise Valley / Scottsdale, AZ (Full-Time) Yonker Custom Homes is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end luxury custom homes in the Paradise Valley. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional quality, schedule performance, and client experiences on ultra-luxury residential projects. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis, look-aheads, delay tracking, and recovery plans Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, including scope management and performance monitoring Manage and support superintendents on active job sites Lead quality control efforts with a sharp focus on luxury finishes, craftsmanship, and attention to detail Participate in design meetings and thorough plan reviews Proactively identify and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Schedule and coordinate inspections Serve as a point of contact for client communication, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and clear expectation management with high-net-worth homeowners Complete accurate daily logs for each project Visit all job sites daily to ensure progress, quality, and coordination Expected hours: 40-50hrs/week Required Qualifications 5 years of experience as a project manager/superintendent in luxury residential or custom home building or a Construction Management degree combined with relevant experience Proficiency with construction management software (JobTread preferred) Strong technical knowledge of residential construction means, methods, sequencing, and high-end finishes/materials Schedule development and management (critical path, look-aheads, delay tracking, recovery plans) Experience with subcontractor coordination, scope management, and performance oversight Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills (especially with high-net-worth or discerning homeowners) — professionalism, discretion, and expectation management are critical Subcontractor coordination, scope management, and performance oversight Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and shop drawings Strong quality control skills with high attention to detail on luxury craftsmanship Knowledge of building codes, inspection processes, and safety protocols Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a detail-driven environment Direct experience managing luxury, custom, or high-end residential projects (especially ground-up custom homes or high-value renovations) Compensation & Benefits $100,000 annual salary + Performance bonuses Company truck with gas allowance Paid vacation time 401k with up to 4% match (After 1-year of employment) Medical and dental insurance available w/ company contribution towards medical (After 30-days of employment)
