Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Job Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of our job sites, working closely with our superintendents and administrative team. The Job Coordinator will be responsible for printing, entering, and tracking timesheets and bore profiles, calling in and tracking 811 tickets, setting up job folders, tracking jobs throughout the life of the project, constant data entry, ordering materials such as slurry and concrete, and maintaining the schedule.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the day-to-day operations of job sites Work closely with 2-4 superintendents to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Print, enter, and track timesheets and bore profiles Call in and track 811 tickets Set up job folders and track jobs throughout the life of the project Constant data entry Order materials such as slurry and concrete Maintain the schedule Attention to detail and organizational skills Communicating with city inspectors Scheduling preconstruction meetings
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in field coordinating Hands-on experience in whitelining and utility identification Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize and multitask Compensation will be commensurate with experience. $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
