full-time Project Manager / Operations Coordinator Company Overview Our client is a early-stage medical device company. As the organization continues to build its in-house manufacturing and cleanroom capabilities, they are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager / Operations Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple initiatives. Provide regular project status updates and maintain project documentation using tools such as Smartsheet and Excel. Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions. Support facilities-related activities, including office maintenance, vendor coordination, workspace organization, and general site management. Assist with inventory and supply management for office and operational needs. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials using Microsoft Office applications. Serve as a resource to employees by helping maintain an organized, efficient, and productive work environment. Take on additional responsibilities as the company grows and business needs evolve. Ideal Background Experience in project coordination, office management, operations, or administrative support roles. Experience in technical project management on a medical device or engineering team. Strong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing startup environment. Proven ability to provide regular updates and keep stakeholders informed on project progress. Experience supporting facilities, office operations, inventory management, or vendor relationships is highly preferred. Proficiency with Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint preferred Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities.
