Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Plumbing Project Manager to lead tenant improvement and commercial construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex plumbing systems within large-scale construction initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive leadership style, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results in the construction industry. Responsibilities Manage and execute multiple concurrent commercial plumbing projects Bid, budget, and estimate using proprietary methodology and industry standards Monitor field operations, crew productivity, and manpower Manage RFIs, SOVs, billing, and change orders Conduct job walks and site visits Lead and communicate effectively with field and foreman teams Build and maintain relationships across our commercial client base Mentor and develop Project Engineers and internal support teams Participate in bi-weekly project manager meetings Drive project success through technical knowledge and strong leadership Qualifications Demonstrated success managing complex commercial plumbing projects (schedule, scope and budget) Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and leading internal teams, from kickoff meeting through completion Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to lead mechanical scope discussions with clarity Proven ability to build team culture and deliver profitable projects Apply today for immediate consideration!
