This is a hands-on position requiring previous roofing experience and a strong understanding of roof repairs, maintenance, and installation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on roofs, can identify and assess roofing issues, understands proper repair techniques, and can confidently communicate with customers and team members. This position will oversee roofing projects while also performing hands-on fieldwork and roof rejuvenation services.
