In this role, you will implement project management methodologies, and ensure seamless execution of projects that align with organizational goals. Your expertise will empower teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. A background check and drug test will need to be passed by the selected candidate. Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple projects within the project portfolio management framework, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans. Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and process mapping exercises to define project scope and objectives clearly. Conduct root cause analysis to identify process improvements and eliminate inefficiencies. Manage project teams through effective leadership, supervising team members and fostering collaboration. Monitor project progress using earned value management techniques; control costs; manage vendor relationships; and ensure quality management standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate meetings effectively to coordinate stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and negotiate scope or resource adjustments as needed. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and performance metrics for executive review and decision-making. 6+ years experience with structural concrete. Experienced with Public Work jobs. Proven experience supervising multiple projects within a structured project management lifecycle environment. Excellent communication skills Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Proficiency with project management software. Expertise in requirements analysis, business process modeling, process management, and requirements management practices. Demonstrated ability in change management strategies and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage scope, schedule, cost control, risk mitigation, and stakeholder expectations effectively. Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex information clearly and facilitating meetings across diverse teams. Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure projects or product lifecycle management is a plus. Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are highly desirable.
