The Role:

Support and lead delivery across modular construction projects from pre-construction through to completion Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation Assist with scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting Travel to site weekly to support installation and project execution

The Person:

Experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant / Junior Project Manager Understanding of project delivery, site coordination, and construction processes Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, AutoDesk, or similar Ambitious and looking to progress into a fully-fledged Project Manager role
