The Project Manager will oversee project schedules, budgets, labor, materials, subcontractors, permitting, and jobsite progress while maintaining consistent communication with homeowners, adjusters, subcontractors, and other involved parties. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in insurance restoration and the ability to successfully manage projects while maintaining quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Duties & Responsibilities Manage multiple restoration and construction projects simultaneously from start to finish. Receive project estimates from the Estimator and review all project notes and documentation in the internal database (DASH). Review scopes of work and establish complete job files, including project budgets, schedules, labor requirements, and material needs. Monitor project budgets, job costs, schedules, and overall profitability throughout each project. Determine the most effective use of in-house crews and subcontractors based on project requirements. Participate in the design, planning, and permit submittal process when required. Obtain required city permits and coordinate inspections as necessary. Coordinate with homeowners to schedule project walkthroughs and construction activities. Conduct pre-construction job walks to document existing conditions, discuss material selections, review the scope of work, and establish project expectations with the homeowner. Coordinate and oversee the purchasing and delivery of project materials. Develop and communicate clear scopes of work for subcontractors and in-house crews. Oversee work in progress and conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor scheduling, workmanship, quality, and project progression. Maintain consistent communication with homeowners regarding project status, scheduling, changes, and expectations. Communicate with insurance adjusters and other third parties as needed throughout the project. Address project issues, delays, or changes promptly and communicate necessary updates to the appropriate parties. Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners upon project completion. Obtain required completion documentation and photographs of completed work. Review and approve subcontractor invoices. Ensure each project is properly closed out with all required documentation, notes, approvals, and information necessary for final payment. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience within the insurance restoration industry. Strong working knowledge of construction and restoration practices and processes. Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field crews simultaneously. Proficiency with Xactimate preferred Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, job costing, and project profitability. Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and follow-through. Ability to read and understand estimates, scopes of work, project documentation, and construction-related information. Ability to effectively communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members. Must be able to successfully complete required background screening. Must be able to meet applicable security and access requirements for military bases and other restricted job sites. .
