We're headquartered a block away from Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California, where we operate 12+ live studios that run 24/7. The Role Platinum is engaging an independent Project Manager to run brand programs end to end across our marketplace and social commerce channels. You will be responsible for the delivery of assigned brand programs

•the launch calendar, the studio production plan, the creative and content pipeline, and the client-facing reporting that goes back to the brand. Platinum defines the outcome and the deadline for each program; you determine the method, the sequencing, and your own working hours. This is a contract engagement for an experienced project manager who operates as their own business. You will bring your own project management approach and tooling, work with Platinum's channel and studio leads as your points of contact, and invoice against agreed milestones. You are free to serve other clients concurrently.

Programs you would take on:

Own the delivery calendar for new account launches across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Target Coordinate live studio production requirements with studio leads — session volume, run-of-show requirements, and asset readiness against launch dates Track creative, listing, and content deliverables from brief through publication, and resolve blockers before they hit a launch date Maintain program documentation, timelines, and risk logs that Platinum and the brand can both work from Deliver client-facing status reporting on an agreed cadence, and lead brand check-ins for your accounts Flag scope changes, dependency risks, and timeline slippage early, with options rather than escalations

Deliverables:

A maintained program plan and delivery calendar per assigned account Weekly written status reporting to Platinum and the brand Post-launch program recaps against agreed success criteria Documented process handover at the close of the engagement What we are looking for 2+ years managing projects or programs, with a portfolio of delivered work you can speak to in detail Direct experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, retail media, or agency delivery

•ideally across more than one of TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, or Target Comfortable running multiple concurrent programs against fixed external launch dates Client-facing maturity: you can hold a brand conversation about a slipped deadline without losing the account or the deadline You operate as an established independent business

•your own entity or sole proprietorship, your own equipment and software, your own insurance You supply your own project management tooling and working methods; Platinum does not provide training, equipment, or a set schedule Current business license and W-9 on file before the engagement begins; certificate of insurance if requested Available for periodic on-site working sessions at the Beverly Hills studios by mutual arrangement

Compensation Rate:

$30

•40 per hour, or $4,800

•$6,400 per month against the agreed scope.

Invoicing:

Submitted every two weeks and paid net 15.

Expenses:

You cover your own tools, software, and equipment. Pre-approved program expenses are reimbursed at cost.

Taxes and insurance:

As an independent contractor you are responsible for your own taxes, withholding, and insurance. Compensation is reported on Form 1099-NEC.
