    ABOUT THE ROLE

    Linmoore Fencing is seeking a proactive, highly organized In-Office Project Coordinator / Office Administrator to oversee residential and commercial fencing projects from start to finish. If you have a solid foundation in construction project coordination, plan reading, and crew scheduling, we are willing to train you on our specific daily operations! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, takes strong ownership of tasks, and possesses sharp problem-solving skills.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Project Oversight & Crew Scheduling:

    Oversee residential and commercial fence construction projects from inception through completion. Manage daily schedule rotations and project priorities, including coordinating specialty subcontractors (e.g., powder coating). Schedule installations and handle emergency service calls for commercial and key accounts. Conduct daily project management check-ins with field staff and crews for status updates.

    Client & Vendor Communication:

    Maintain daily communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal field crews. Process change orders and deliver timely project updates to clients.

    Bidding, Estimating & Procurement:

    Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and structural details to bid jobs accurately. Respond to incoming bid requests and prepare bid packages for estimator review. Prepare and submit finalized bids directly to clients and commercial accounts. Order shop and project materials for upcoming scheduled jobs. Process incoming purchase orders (POs) and verify pricing accuracy.

    Administrative & Financial Support:

    Prepare weekly billing summaries for Office Manager review. Compile monthly contract and project status reports.

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
    Experience:

    Proven background in construction project coordination, scheduling crews, and project oversight.

    Technical Skills:

    Ability to read blueprints and architectural plans a plus but not required. Basic hands-on construction knowledge with willingness to perform light field checks if needed. Not Required but a plus

    Subcontractor Management:

    Familiarity with managing subcontractors and construction industry workflows.

    Personal Attributes:

    Self-starter who can work independently without step-by-step direction; strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.

    License & Background:

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to pass a background check.
