Full Job Description Description:
Empower Solar is a full service, residential solar installer looking for experienced and driven individuals to join our ever-expanding team. We are currently looking for a full-time Installation Coordinator, responsible for scheduling and managing the installation calendar, answering questions and providing support for customers, and coordinating between Sales and Operations to ensure a smooth process for the customer.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Daily review and scheduling of projects ready for installation Notify homeowners when their projects come out of permitting and are ready for scheduling Work closely with Construction and Operations Managers to ensure all install teams have projects on calendar and adequate time to complete the installation Communicate to homeowners on what is needed during day of installation. Coordinate with sales representatives as needed for scheduling communications Send scheduling confirmations via text and email Send reminder emails and texts 48 hours in advance of scheduled date Complete post installation follow- up calls and emails so homeowners are aware of current project status Notify homeowners when Permission to Operate is received and grant access to monitoring Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 35 pounds.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the solar and or customer service industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations Confidence, drive, enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility Excellent complex multi-functional project and people management skills Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational, and prioritization skills Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues in a confidential manner High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Preferred Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of knowledge in the solar industry Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience
