Larkspur, CA Kirley Architects is a boutique Architecture firm with offices located in Larkspur, CA and Park City, UT. Our team is led by Keith Kirley, AIA, and our firm is built around the goal of producing great design in all styles of work but based in principles of Classicism. We are excited about the opportunity to bring on a new team member to become part of our growing firm. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Lead with 10+ years of professional experience. This person will oversee projects in close collaboration with the Studio Director, managing project budgets, schedules, meetings, consultant coordination, and overall project delivery. The Project Manager / Project Lead provides primary oversight of drawing deliverables during Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. During Schematic Design, this role works closely with the Studio Director to help manage schedule, budget, meetings, and entitlement research while supporting the design process.

Primary responsibilities include:

Manage project budgets, schedules, meetings, and day-to-day project coordination. Work closely with the Studio Director during Schematic Design to support design progress and maintain project organization. Oversee entitlement research, permit strategy, and agency coordination. Lead and oversee drawing deliverables through Design Development and Construction Documents. Coordinate consultants and internal team members to keep project deliverables on schedule and aligned with the project budget. Lead Construction Administration coordination, including RFIs, submittals, site meetings, and drawing clarifications. Oversee Junior staff as part of a project team Ability to oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously We have recently made it a goal to create a studio environment that mimics our experience in Architecture School, but with a greater focus on how to utilize computer rendering, watercolor rendering, and BIM technology to create truly exceptional projects. We support our staff in their goal of getting licensed as Architects through the AXP program, and in training on Revit software, if needed.
