Job Description

Position OverviewWe're seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, facilitating communication, and ensuring project objectives are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders across departments, manage competing priorities, and drive projects forward while maintaining attention to detail. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, process improvement, and successful project execution.

Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Define project scope, objectives, resources, and success metrics.

Facilitate meetings, status updates, and project communications.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates effectively.

Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Track project expenditures and ensure projects remain within approved budgets.

Track project performance using established metrics and reporting tools.

Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.

Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.

Maintain project documentation and compliance with company procedures.
