Job Description

Fire Project Manager Overview SERVPRO of Newport Beach/Huntington Beach South is looking for a motivated Fire Project Manager to lead residential and commercial fire restoration projects from the initial walk-through through final payment collection. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people, and keeping multiple projects moving at once. You'll be responsible for coordinating crews, subcontractors, customers, and insurance partners to deliver an exceptional restoration experience. This is not a desk job. Our Fire Project Managers spend most of their time in the field leading projects, solving problems, supporting crews, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. What You'll Do Own every assigned fire loss from the initial walk-through through the final collection. Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and schedules. Lead multiple restoration projects simultaneously while keeping jobs on time and on budget. Communicate regularly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and office staff. Perform routine job site visits to ensure quality work and resolve issues quickly. Keep accurate job documentation, photos, and daily updates. Ensure projects meet SERVPRO, IICRC, and safety standards. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For A motivated, self-starter who takes ownership. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organization and time management. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.+ Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Restoration or construction project management experience preferred.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional training or certifications are a plus) is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of IICRC standards and restoration techniques Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various environments. Willingness to be on-call for emergencies and work flexible hours when needed.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements:
This is a full-time position working 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including some evening and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
