This role will play a key part in a progressive design-build project, requiring strong coordination across stakeholders, designers, and contractors. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in fire stations, public safety facilities, or municipal buildings, who enjoys working in collaborative, fast-paced project environments Key Responsibilities Support management of scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with stakeholders, design teams, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction Assist with GMP development, procurement, and contract administration Monitor project progress, identify risks, and support mitigation efforts Oversee design and construction activities to ensure quality and compliance Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications Support permitting efforts and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements Assist with reporting, project controls, and executive updates Qualifications 10+ years of experience in construction or project/program management Experience on $40M+ projects, preferably within public works or municipal facilities Strong experience in design-build delivery (progressive design-build preferred) Proven ability to work in active/operational environments Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills Experience managing projects from design through construction and closeout Proficiency with Bluebeam and project management tools Experience with fire stations or public safety facilities (highly preferred) Background in municipal or civic construction projects Certifications such as PMP, DBIA, PE, or similar
