Performance-Based Bonus Program Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager•Pool Construction to oversee residential and commercial pool projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in pool construction. The ideal candidate has an engineering background (completed or in progress) and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of pool construction projects from initiation through completion Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and vendors Develop cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and project plans Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams Ensure compliance with applicable codes, permits, safety standards, and regulations Collaborate with sales and design teams during project handoff and execution Address client concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently Provide regular project updates and documentation to management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field), or currently enrolled in an engineering program Minimum 5 years of experience in pool construction (required) Proven experience managing construction projects end-to-end Strong leadership, organization, and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Benefits 401(k)
